Sometimes plans change. So you can book your holiday at the Ortler with confidence, we keep you clearly informed about our cancellation terms. For extra security, we recommend travel cancellation insurance.
Cancellation terms
- Up to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the deposit is retained
- 29 to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
- From 7 days before arrival, or in the event of late arrival or early departure: 90% of the total price
