Yes, children sharing their parents' room receive the following discounts:

• Children up to 3 years stay free
• Children aged 3 to 8 receive a 50% discount
• Children aged 8 to 14 receive 40%, young people aged 14 to 16 receive 20%

Yes, you receive a 20% discount for an extra bed.

Yes, a double room for single use is possible. We charge a supplement of 20%.

Yes, for stays of up to three days we charge a short-stay supplement of 10% per person per day.

The tourist tax is €3.70 per person per day and applies to guests aged 14 and over.

Yes, for bed and breakfast we deduct €20 per person per day from the half-board price.

For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 30% of the deposit is retained. For cancellations between 29 and 8 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the total price. From 7 days before arrival, as well as for late arrival or early departure, 90% of the total price is charged.

Yes, cancellation insurance is available. Our cancellation terms are clearly set out, so you can plan your holiday at the Ortler with peace of mind.

If something comes up, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our utmost to re-let the room and find a fair solution together with you.

Yes, free parking spaces are available right at the hotel. You can also conveniently charge your electric car at our EV charging station during your stay.

The slope, the cross-country trail and the ski bus all start right at the hotel. The Sulden ski school is also close by.

Yes, your four-legged friend is very welcome on request. Nature and plenty of opportunities for walks begin right outside the door. Please bring a blanket or basket for your pet. Any special final cleaning required or damage caused will be charged accordingly. Your dog can join you for breakfast and dinner in the Cevedale Stube; please let us know so we can prepare. Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted in the spa area or the dining room.

We charge a supplement of €20.00 per day (food not included).
